Terms and conditions

Prices to be confirmed in writing.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
A deposit of 50% based on the total daily rate, for hunting clients and observers, is required in order to confirm a hunt. This is non-refundable unless 90 days prior written notice is received.

The balance of the daily rate must be paid 30 days prior to the start of your safari. Fee totals for animals killed, wounded and lost will be calculated upon completion of the safari.

All payments to be in cash or travellers cheque on day of departure.

While maintaining all reasonable care and precautions for the safety of clients, we accept no responsibility for any illness, negligence, accident or loss, or for expenses arising there from. Personal insurance should be taken out to cover yourself and your property.
